DEMOLITION & FLOOR PREP
We offer a complete system from demolition of old flooring to preparing the concrete slab to receive the new flooring.
First we can remove the old flooring quickly and efficiently with our Terminator machine. Once the demo is complete we can properly prepare the sub-floor to receive any type of new flooring. This process is called self-leveling. The product we use is a self-leveling, Portland-based cement that can go from 1/8” up to 4” in depth. Any flooring can be installed directly on top of the self-leveler within only 8 hours of curing time. We use the highest quality, industry brand levelers such as Uzin, Ardex and Schonox.
